Dravo Technology is a division of Carmeuse Group in charge of FGD issues.
Flue gas desulfurization is now a must for all industrial activities in order to minimize the impact on our environment. To succeed in this kind of issues, Dravo assists its clients in determining the best solution for their FGD issue. To be successful, this choice has to integer not only the technological parameters but also the reagent and the by-product issues (logistic, availability, market...).
Beside the promotion of FGD system, Dravo Technology also owns the Magnesium-Enhanced-Lime FGD (MEL process). Together with Carmeuse R&D centers in Belgium and in USA, we still develop and improve this wet lime based FGD process and we can thus support any engineering company with the basic process engineering for this technology.
